Sara discovered Pilates during her own recovery from an injury and quickly fell in love with how intentional movement fostered balance and connection in the body. Her keen eye for precise movement and genuine passion for helping others led her to become a certified Pilates instructor. Whether you've never done Pilates before or are returning after a long break, she'll design your session around your current level, body, and goals from day one.

  • Yes — and it's actually one of Sara's specialties. Sara discovered Pilates through her own injury recovery, which gives her a deeply personal understanding of the rehabilitation process. She uses gentle, targeted movement to rebuild strength and mobility safely, and has achieved remarkable results with rehab patients across a wide range of conditions. If you're recovering from surgery, an injury, or chronic pain, Sara's approach is a strong fit.

  • A private session is one-on-one — just you and Sara, with complete focus on your body and goals. A duet session is semi-private, designed for two people (friends, partners, or family members) who want to practice together. Both formats are fully personalized, but a private session allows for the deepest level of individual attention and customization.

  • In a group class, the instructor has to teach to the middle of the room — you adapt to the class. With Sara, the session is built entirely around you. She has a keen eye for precise movement and corrects form in real time, which makes a significant difference in both safety and results.
