Sara discovered Pilates during her own recovery from an injury and quickly fell in love with how intentional movement fostered balance and connection in the body. Her keen eye for precise movement and genuine passion for helping others led her to become a certified Pilates instructor. She welcomes clients from across North Austin and the surrounding communities — from Round Rock down through The Domain corridor — drawn by her reputation for deeply personalized, results-driven work.
